They may look like donuts but these are Onion Rings stuffed with beef brisket and mozzarella before being deep-fried. Comes with a side of Brown Ale BBQ sauce and Horseradish Aioli.
One of our brewmasters, Rick Crance, paired this with a small batch of Grizzly Brown for the week. Grizzly Brown is a Nelson Sauvin dry-hopped American brown ale.
