Here's a pic from a few weeks ago of our brewer, Trace Caley, adding a hop treatment to a fresh batch of "Lime In The Sand" - kettle soured IPA brewed with lime peel, as well as Wakatu & Southern Cross hops. Come try some. It's now available on tap in our Tasting Room.
