Joe Marcinek (Crown Point, Indiana) is joined by the NO STANDARDS crew for a set of spontaneous improvisation, officially the post-party of the Unusual Noise event on Nov 6th.

Joe Marcinek is an American guitarist, composer, and bandleader known for heading the Joe Marcinek Band (JMB), a genre-defying national touring project that seamlessly blends Chicago blues, New Orleans funk, Grateful Dead psychedelia, and jazz fusion. Operating on a core philosophy of spontaneous collaboration, Marcinek records and tours with an ever-rotating lineup of elite guest musicians, making each live performance a completely unique, one-time-only experience. Throughout his career, he has shared the stage and studio with legendary artists such as Bernie Worrell, Melvin Seals, George Porter Jr., and Shaun Martin, building a dedicated following within the jam band and funk communities.

NO STANDARDS is musical experiments featuring Tucker Sody (Ajeva), Vinny Svoboda (Anthill Cinema), & Mike Bryant (Brain Emoji).
