Well, it's been a trying week. From shrinking our capacity to completely shutting down the doors to get our bearings... It's been tough. But we've finally had a moment to work out a plan. The overhead of our normal kitchen combined with the complete uncertainty of sales volume through pick-up only has forced us to launch a lightweight start-up that we have been working on recently.
Pie or Die is a wood-fired pizza kitchen that we planned to unleash during Spring Beer Jam this coming weekend and then utilize at our side project, Antibrewery. Now it's become a critical component of our survival. It truly has become "pie or die" for us. Once we get a base income stream going, we will be able to start working on getting the brewery kitchen back up and running with those meals you've been missing this past week.
So without further ado, I give you our temporary solution to food & beer... Pie or Die.
Open starting Monday March 22nd from Noon til 7pm. This will be an ever-evolving project at this time. Thanks for your understanding and openness to change, even if it's just temporary.
